Job Description

  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.

  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.

  • Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

  • Enhance user experience by creating seamless navigation through various digital programs and interfaces

  • Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.

  • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.

  • Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.

  • Work collaboratively with creatives, UI Designers, developers, and managers

  • Work on projects of varying length and complexity

  • Create confident prototypes

  • Support UI designers & developers with implementation

 

Must HAve

  • Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during interview

  • Proven skills in successfully designing web pages & mobile apps

  • Three or more years of experience

  • Proficiency in producing wireframes, user stories, users journey and mockups.

  • Knowledge of design & development best practice

  • A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.

  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.

  • Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.

  • Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.

  • Continued education and curiosity for UX trends, current design strategy and technology

  • Creative ideas with advanced problem-soliving skills

  • Experience devising solution for complex projects

  • Comfortable with taking feedback and use it to improve your work

  • Proficient with visual design programs such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite

  • Excellent ability to manage timelines and be self-directed

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

 

Nice to HAVe

  • Experience with AR/VRImmersive technologies

  • Experience with Video Games designs

  • Cross-platform development experience
