Job Description
Work with the creative director to define the projects direction
Develop and execute creative concepts and strategies for game projects
Lead the creative team and to maintain the creative direction
Provide feedback on every aspect of the creative team, from concept art to game design and UX
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Efficiently create and present pitches
Create, present and defend projects in client meetings
Create mockups and visuals to illustrate your ideas
Lead the rest of the team throughout
Ensure all deliverables meet project objectives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Must HAve
Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during interview
Excellent sense of imagination and creative mindset
Strong ability to create mood boards, provide paint overs and general visual feedback for concept artist, UI designers and graphists
Strong ability to ideate, provide leadership and feedback for game designers, UX designers
5+ years of experience in a creative role for games
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
Nice to HAVe
Experience in AR/VR
Strong concept art portfolio
Ability to create key art and other visuals that supports the projects
