We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Creative Lead to join our team. As a Creative Lead, you will be responsible for leading the creative direction of game projects and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Job Description

  • Work with the creative director to define the projects direction

  • Develop and execute creative concepts and strategies for game projects

  • Lead the creative team and to maintain the creative direction

  • Provide feedback on every aspect of the creative team, from concept art to game design and UX

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

  • Efficiently create and present pitches

  • Create, present and defend projects in client meetings

  • Create mockups and visuals to illustrate your ideas

  • Lead the rest of the team throughout

  • Ensure all deliverables meet project objectives

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

 

Must HAve

  • Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during interview

  • Excellent sense of imagination and creative mindset

  • Strong ability to create mood boards, provide paint overs and general visual feedback for concept artist, UI designers and graphists

  • Strong ability to ideate, provide leadership and feedback for game designers, UX designers

  • 5+ years of experience in a creative role for games

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal

 

Nice to HAVe

  • Experience in AR/VR

  • Strong concept art portfolio

  • Ability to create key art and other visuals that supports the projects
