Senior Level Account Manager

Job Description
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
Identify and target key decision-makers within potential client organizations
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in the digital advertising space, particularly in the areas of interactive technologies such as augmented reality, virtual reality, and gamification
Reporting to Head of Business and clients, ensuring clear and effective communication of projects results and insights
Execute efficient communication strategy with all levels of internal management as well as with external stakeholders, including client and third parties
Proactively identify new opportunities to grow and expand client relationships, developing proposals and pitches as needed
Manage with production team project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations
Contributing and improving company processes
Must HAve
Minimum of 5 years experience in account management or a related role, preferably within an advertising agency
Experience within interactive entertainment and games (VR, AR and MR) is an advantage
Strong understanding of interactive technologies and their application in advertising campaigns
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Ability to effectively present ideas and information to clients and internal teams
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Ability to meet with clients in-person when needed and to travel internationally as required.
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
