Jaguar Land Rover experience Application
AR APPLICATION - Imagination
Tasked with creating an App to market Jaguar’s shiny new releases to its customers, we partnered with Imagination to create an augmented reality app, that would be available for anyone to download onto their phones!
Customers were able to not only view, but also engage with the car though the app.
The app, developed on Unity, had 5 main functionalities: AR exterior, 360º Interior, Feature Animations, Gallery, Message Center.
In the AR exterior, users can see the car projected directly into their environment. If they wanted to see the car in their garage, all they had to do was point the camera at the empty garage space and look at their screens - there's nothing better than seeing what that shiny new Jaguar looks like in your home!
In the 360º Interior section, users were transported directly into the car (the driver or the passenger seat) and take a look at the amazing new features - changing the colour of the trims to suit their preference!
The Feature Animations compiled carefully selected clips that showed how the car responded to different terrains, videos showcasing new and improved features of the car as well as the world wide reveal video that played at the launch of the car.
The Gallery was a selection of interior and exterior images and the car accessories.
In the Message Center the user received messages with information, launches and news.
