Przemysław Piasecki
Lead Interactive Developer
Przemysław’s path into the digital weeds began not with a controller, but by looming over his brother’s shoulder to watch Morrowind (a classic sibling move). Since then, he’s swapped spectating for building, eventually contributing to the era-defining Disco Elysium - a project that likely required as much philosophical stamina as it did code. He’s a firm believer that the only way to get better at something is to actually do it, preferably while embracing the occasional failure as a very loud, very instructive teacher.
At Koffeecup, Przemysław builds the kind of immersive virtual worlds that make people forget they’re staring at a screen. He’s less about the "lone genius" trope and more about the collaborative machinery required to make something actually work. He navigates our ecosystem with the steady focus of a man who keeps his phone on Do Not Disturb and his headphones filled with classical music - which, for a developer, is the sonic equivalent of a "Keep Out" sign that also happens to be quite relaxing.
When the screen turns off, the "extroverted introvert" emerges. Przemysław is a seasoned improv comedian who performed at Poland’s Improfest, a hobby that involves a high-stakes blend of spontaneity and terrifying eye contact. He lives with Ami, a rescue cat of six years, and harbours a specific, high-calorie devotion to Canadian poutine. Despite his penchant for infinite luck as a superpower, he’s grounded enough to know that a sharp sour lemonade and a well-plotted fantasy novel are more reliable rewards.
Koffee: A cortado. Equal parts espresso and milk; perfectly balanced, as all things should be.
