Artur Paszynski

Unreal Developer

Artur’s path to Unreal Engine Engineering started with a simple Google search: "How to code in C++." Most people stop after the first confusing semicolon, but Artur spent the next two years teaching himself the language until the code actually started listening to him. From his early days of Jazz Jackrabbit and Counter-Strike 1.6, he’s moved from just playing the game to building the world behind it - a transition that felt more like a logical next step than a career pivot.

At Koffeecup, Artur thrives in our ecosystem by bringing a "productive since birth" work ethic to our latest projects. As an introverted extrovert, he fits right into the fold, though he does occasionally space out mid-conversation to solve a complex coding problem in his head. If he looks blankly at you for ten seconds, he’s probably just had a brilliant breakthrough; unfortunately, he’s also entirely forgotten what you were saying about the weather.

A committed night owl, Artur is usually powered by mineral water and his own "bloody delicious" Spaghetti Amatriciana rather than caffeine. When he isn’t pondering the societal implications of Rick and Morty or the tactical depth of Victoria 2, he’s likely hanging out with Kaja, his miniature poodle. He’s currently waiting for his money to start working for him, but until then, he’s quite happy making the Unreal Engine do the heavy lifting instead.

Koffee: Non-existent.(He’s waiting for the HR meeting to find out if this is a fireable offence.)
