We’re looking for a talented Junior UX Designer to join our creative team here at Koffeecup.

You Will:

Be working closely with our Senior UI/UX Designer and Project Managers to help us deliver innovative digital experiences for amazing brands.

We’re looking for someone with passion and creativity who can back up their ideas with design rationale. We want you to ask good questions, identify problems and help in creating the right solutions. Ideally, we want someone with less of a focus on visual design & UI who’s emphasis is solely on UX where memorable, user-centred design is at the forefront.


Core skills:

  • The ability to identify user and business goals through UX techniques and practices such as User Flows, User Personas and low-fidelity wireframing.
  • Enthusiastic, self motivated, productive and the ability to show initiative.
  • Good familiarity with prototyping tools with a preference for Sketch is essential.
  • Strong focus on user experience showing user empathy and understanding.
  • Strong communication skills demonstrating design rational and general presentation.
  • The ability to document UX design and functionality for all parties, particularly development teams.
  • Awareness of current application/ product patterns and trends.
  • Familiar with the UX – UI development process, practices and tools.


Bonus Skills:

  • AR and VR Experience is welcome – some of our most innovative projects have included AR and VR, but a willingness to learn is crucial.
  • Some experience in presenting your work to clients is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with InVision. InVision is a big part of our pipeline as it’s how we communicate and prototype our ideas to our clients as well as our development teams.
  • Good understanding of Information Architecture, User Decision Paths, Content Structure.
  • Motivation to conduct A/B Testing.

We’re not expecting expert levels of experience, but you must be passionate and driven to continuously improve and develop your knowledge and skills in your chosen area.

The role is based at our London office in Haggerston.
