We are recruiting a Project Administrator to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be part of the Project Management Team and will provide administration and coordination support for a series of digital projects.

Job Description

  • Support the Project Management Team with the day-to-day delivery of projects

  • Liaise with Internal Stakeholders to develop project plans

  • Manage the creation, update and distribution of collateral such as project and communication plans, schedules and reports

  • Collation and creation of weekly burn reports

  • Schedule regular meetings and taking minutes including actions

  • Help break projects into manageable tasks and setting timeframes and milestones

  • Conduct risk analyses

  • Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and stakeholders

  • Track expenses and predict future costs

  • Monitor project progress and address potential issues

  • Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements

 

Must HAve

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Quality orientated when it comes to the output of work is to ensure it’s accurate and meets or exceeds internal standards and the needs of both internal and external clients

  • Excellent technical skills to understand technical and professional aspects of work and continually maintain technical knowledge

  • Team work and the ability to function effectively as part of a group of people working together

  • Self-motivation! Keeps track of own progress. Energetic, positive outlook and well organised

  • Excellent written and oral English Language

 

Nice to HAVe

  • Work experience as a Project Manager, Project Administrator or similar role

  • Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation and scheduling

  • Knowledge of project management software e.g GitLab, Jira, Trello
