Mid-level Digital Project Manager

We are recruiting a Digital Project Manager to join our team in London. The successful candidate will coordinate the Production, 3D, Interactive and Development departments to ensure all aspects of each project are on track in terms of time, scope, quality, risk and budget.

Job Description

  • Overall responsibility of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure while making sure expected quality standards are met

  • Manage and control the project scope, quality, risk, time and budget

  • Report to the Head of Production and escalate risks when required

  • Create and maintain documentation during the whole project lifecycle

  • Execute efficient communication strategy with all levels of internal management as well as with external stakeholders, including client and third parties

  • Evaluating the success of the project against its benchmarking and sharing lessons or best practices with the line manager.


Must HAve

  • At least 2+ years of Digital PM experience - Web, Mobile, Interactive (ideally from an agency)

  • Experience in leading and managing in-house product development teams 

  • A good understanding of the software development lifecycle processes around Web/Mobile or Interactive applications

  • Detail oriented and good organisation skills 

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

  • Experience in managing customer relationships

  • Ideally, a PM qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP)

  • Experience in QA & Deployment

  • Experience in release planning, backlog management and prioritisation

  • Experience in project planning and resource management, by utilising PM tools


Nice to HAVe

  • Knowledge of project management software e.g GitLab, Jira, Trello
